When purchasing an inventory building, we can usually delivery your building to you within a couple of days.
Custom order buildings take approx. 2-3 weeks for delivery. (Dependent on current work loads)

Our portable buildings come with Fast & FREE Delivery.
Our setup process includes: starting with one corner on the ground and leveling the other corners. We use pressure treated wood block to level your building. These block will be placed under the runners that run the entire length of the building and will be placed approx. 5' apart. We do not setup buildings that are more than 3' high. For buildings that would require more than 3' it is your responsibility to level and prepare the site.

It is your responsibility to provide us with access to the site. We do not remove fencing and/or gates and we do not cut tree limbs.
Any permits needed for installation of your building is the customer's responsibility. (Note: Currently No Permits are needed in our local area)

Your building may be moved at a later date if needed. If you are financing/Rent-to-Own your building with us you will need to call the rental company to arrange this.

Delivery of Steel Structures

Normal delivery time for Delivery and Installation of your Steel Structure is 2-3 Weeks.
(Dependent on current work loads)

We sell our Steel Structures nationwide and the scheduling of these structures is handled by the Manufacturer. Once your order is place someone from the scheduling department will call to schedule and verify your order. This is typically down 5-7 days prior to installation.

 

 

Delivery of Gazebos & Swing Sets

The delivery of your custom order Gazebo or Swing set takes 3-4 weeks. (Dependent on current work loads)

Once your unit is ready for delivery we will contact you to schdeule your delivery.
Many factors go into this process such as weather and ground conditions.
